Bowen Therapy... Reducing discomfort, improving flexibility and restoring balance in the body

Bowen Therapy Is a remedial soft tissue technique that is highly effective. It is suitable for people of any age - from babies to the elderly. It was first developed in Australia in the 1960s by Thomas Ambrose Bowen and is now drawing international recognition.

The Bowen technique is believed to promote a relaxation response in the body, increase circulation to muscles and improve the efficiency of the lymphatic system; including drainage of toxins and waste. It does not involve manipulation or adjustment of hard tissue and addresses the body as a whole as well as particular complaints.
