Gabe bike picAfter leaving school at the age of sixteen he worked in a number of jobs including general assistant at a conference centre and even an eighteen month stint as an undertaker. He then turned to working in aged care and disability services. Working in this field helped him to discover his passion for helping people.

Gabriel moved to Australia in 2000. As well as continuing his work in aged care and disability services, he also undertook studies in fitness instruction (Cert 2) and personal training and gained part time employment at a gym.

It was in Australia that he was introduced to chiropractic care. After gaining amazing results through the chiropractic care he received,  Gabriel decided that he would become a chiropractor himself so that he could help others experience what he had.

In 2002 he enrolled at a secondary college and began the six year journey to becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. At this stage he was already dad to two young sons but he was determined to follow the path to becoming a chiropractor.

At the end of 2002 Gabriel attained his Year 12 and attained high enough scores to gain automatic entry to the five year chiropractic course at RMIT University in Melbourne.

Gabriel immersed himself in his studies and in 2007 graduated. He was awarded Graduate of the Year and the prestigious “Terry Yochum Award” for Excellence in the Diagnostic Radiology program.

In 2008 Gabriel moved to Adelaide and began work as an associate. In 2012, after gaining valuable experience working in clinics in Gilberton, Semaphore and West Lakes, Gabriel was given the opportunity to open his own clinic. With the invaluable assistance of Zoe, his partner and now Practice Manager, Practitioner Health Central was established. The clinic quickly established itself in the Grange Road shopping centre and has rapidly become a hub of health in Henley Beach.
